A Client Head Designate (CHD) is the User or Users authorized on behalf of a Subscriber to agree and subscribe to the Terms of Service by virtue of their authority as a member, shareholder, partner, officer, or as an employee authorized in writing by any of the aforementioned. The CHD is also charged with other administrative duties, including but not necessarily limited to, enabling, disabling, and approving Users of the Portal for the Subscriber.
