All domain names are registered by Financial Risk Mitigation,
Inc. ("FRM") or related entities. A visitor to the
www.financialriskmitigation.com or
www.frm-inc.com ("Marketing
Websites") is not required to reveal any individually
identifiable information to access Marketing Websites. FRM
has other domains subject to different privacy policies.
FRM through Marketing Websites may collect indirectly through
standard logs information such as IP address, what browser is being
used (e.g., Safari), and the domain name from which a visitor entered
the site (e.g., www.yourcompany.com or
www.youruniversity.edu).
FRM normally uses this information in the aggregate to administer and
improve our site. Some data may be traceable to an individual, but FRM
does not normally seek to identify individuals unless FRM believes
that someone is using our site improperly or illegally.
Through our Marketing Websites, FRM provide opportunities for users to
receive sales or promotional information about FRM products and
services of interest to them. A user who agrees may be asked to
provide contact information (e.g., name, mailing address, email
address, telephone and fax number).
FRM requires this information to understand your need and provide you

from time to time review and revise these practices and communicate
any updates. Minor changes may be made at anytime without notice. FRM
will update the version number and date of the notice when such
changes are made.
