Marketing Website Data Collection Practices v. 2.0 March 8, 2012

All domain names are registered by Financial Risk Mitigation, Inc. ("FRM") or related entities. A visitor to the www.financialriskmitigation.com or www.frm-inc.com ("Marketing Websites") is not required to reveal any individually identifiable information to access Marketing Websites. FRM has other domains subject to different privacy policies.

FRM through Marketing Websites  may collect indirectly through standard logs information such as IP address, what browser is being used (e.g., Safari), and the domain name from which a visitor entered the site (e.g., www.yourcompany.com or www.youruniversity.edu).

FRM normally uses this information in the aggregate to administer and improve our site. Some data may be traceable to an individual, but FRM does not normally seek to identify individuals unless FRM believes that someone is using our site improperly or illegally.

Through our Marketing Websites, FRM provide opportunities for users to receive sales or promotional information about FRM products and services of interest to them. A user who agrees may be asked to provide contact information (e.g., name, mailing address, email address, telephone and fax number).

FRM requires this information to understand your need and provide you with a better services, and in particular for the following reasons: (i) internal record keeping; (ii) improvment of products and servivces; (iii) promotional emails about new products and services that we think you may find interesting; and (iv) market research.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cooke helps analyse web traffic or let you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to response on a more individualized basis. FRM may use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used on Marketing Websites.

This helps us analyse data about webpage traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.

FRM may use a third-party from time to time to monitor how our users make use of Marketing Websites and to determine which of our online features they prefer. FRM may report information to such third parties about our customers and the products and services they order.

Use, Disclosure, and Choice

Personally-identifiable information is used and disclosed as described below.

FRM may collect individually identifiable information from registered users to complete business transactions, fill and confirm orders for products and services, administer individual accounts, updating FRM's databases, provide customer support and meet government regulatory requirements. Users may be contacted as necessary for these purposes.

FRM asks each registered user to choose whether to receive promotional email updates about products and services offered by FRM that otherwise may be generated on an automated basis, and FRM will honor any such choices made.

FRM may rely on various service providers and other contractors to support its Internet sites and FRM's business operations. FRM shares information with contractors who directly support the Internet services and who only use the information on our behalf in accordance with this policy.

FRM may also share information with credit card processors, auditors, lawyers or other contractors, but FRM requires that recipients use the information only on our behalf for the purpose of the disclosure and that they destroy or return the information when it is no longer needed. When necessary or appropriate, FRM may disclose information in response to a court order or  or when otherwise legally required. FRM may also disclose information as appropriate to protect FRM's legal rights, to protect its Marketing Websites or Other Websites, and/or in connection with a sale or merger involving FRM's assets or businesses for which infromation is maintained.

Confidentiality and Security Safeguards

FRM takes technical, administrative and physical steps to protect against anticipated hazards such as unauthorized access to and disclosure of individually identifiable information. FRM employees who handle confidential or proprietary information must treat it confidentially and may not disclose it to unauthorized third parties. FRM employees are also responsible for the internal security of the information. Employees who violate FRM's privacy policies are subject to a range of disciplinary actions.

Data Quality

Data quality is critical to any successful information company. Working to ensure that data is up-to-date and accurate benefits the data subject and FRM. To help ensure quality data, FRM employs extensive measures, including direct contacts with businesses and quality review at both the point of collection and at the end of the data collection process.

Updates to FRM's Data Protection Practices for the Internet 

To keep up with the rapidly evolving Internet environment, FRM will from time to time review and revise these practices and communicate any updates. Minor changes may be made at anytime without notice. FRM will update the version number and date of the notice when such changes are made.
